3D rendering images for a new development in the neighborhood of Valdemarín, Aravaca in Madrid. The main guideline for the elaboration of the infographics was to achieve the transmission of the environment through light in all the images, so that both with natural and artificial lighting, sunny or cloudy, they transmitted the relationship between the architecture and the different spaces with the light.

The renderings show how the urbanization changes materials and varies towards graphite color with metallic panels that hide garages and doors, to generate a modern and technological environment that should be visible. Another point to explain to clients was the privacy of the wooden brise soleil system on the ground floor, and the relationship between the house, the porch, the garden and the pool.

The renderings also show and respect the landscaping design, a Mediterranean mix; the lighting project designed by Viabizzuno and the company’s interior design project by Minim. Projects fully respected in the infographics at the request of the promoter, in a way that will ensure that you are sure of the decisions made for the home.
