The renderings and video renderfeel project of the Finca las Marías project in Torrelodones needed to quickly activate the sale of a plot in a new area with multiple neighboring projects.

For this task, the 3D model and renderings were made in order to explain the project and convey the tranquility and greenery of this new area north of Madrid. Being Torrelodones, its views and its rocks in the capital, it was necessary to make the most of the architecture of modern but conservative lines of the semi-detached houses.

The interior design and landscaping had to be developed by Town visuals, so through references and zonal landscaping regulations, a conclusion was quickly reached that convinced the promoter. In addition to transmitting the concept through night and day renders, as well as an animated video for its website that would breathe the calm and tranquility of the area, it was needed.
